🔄 What’s Eligible for Return/Exchange?

We accept returns or exchanges for:
1. Bras, bralettes, and loungewear if the product is unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact
2.Items returned within 7 days of delivery

🚫 What Can’t Be Returned?

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

1. Panties / Bottoms

2. Shapewear briefs

3. Camisoles and bodysuits (if worn or tried on without protection)

4. Any product that has been used, washed, or is missing tags

💡 How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

2. Select your reason and upload images (if needed)

3. Choose refund or exchange

4. Our team will arrange a free pickup from your doorstep

💳 Refunds

1. For prepaid orders: refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days

2. For COD orders: refund is issued via bank transfer or coupon code, as preferred
